Can you try removing the old driver using Display Driver Uninstaller?
This almost looks like a frequency issue, the monitor is set to a correct/supported refresh rate in Windows?
I tried everything I know. I tried upgrade driver versions, and the other way I tried manually uninstall driver with DDU program before install newer version.
I didn't experience this problem before. But since when(not exactly reason for this but... When I upgraded my CPU i5-6600k to i7-7700k and reinstall the windows 10) this problem was shown when I installing drivers and disable/enable crassfire X mode.
