Ok, I don't want to rule out an other issue but since I upgradet my Amd-Driver to the latest version the game Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Freezes my PC at random times where I have to completely shut it down. I still hear a stuttering sound for a few secound but my PC is unresponsiv. Once these Freezes occure every time I try to play the game it sometimes freezes my PC already in the Startinglobby.
I upgradet the driver 3 weeks ago together with the monthly early access Patch. The problem persist till this day.
What I tryed:
- Put the game on my SSD
- Brought new CPU Fan (60C while playing atm)
- some launchoptions in Steam [-lowmemory -useallavailablecores -sm4] and Radeonsetting to performace optimizing
- CoreTemp/GPU-Z no monitor the heat (GPU goes up to 60C dunno if this is too high)
I know the game is in early access but before I upgradet the driver the game ran totally fine. All my friends had performance issues but I never had probelms with the game beforehand. Since three Week ago I can barely play the game.
Roll back your driver or use system restore.
