X64_0x117 IMAGE atikmpag.sys Radeon RX 480 Black Screen

So whatever game I play (one time is for 5 min Far Cry 4 and other for 2 hours Call of Duty : Black Ops III) it crashes with my whole pc , it is working but it isn't responding , only thing that PC's doing is making this strange robot noice , only way out is restarting computer by holding power button for 5 sec .
