Are you running the latest 17.10 Chipset drivers?
Is anything overclocked?
Are the CPU and memory stable?
You could try removing one GPU, installing the latest drivers, then adding the other GPU and allow Windows to detect and install the driver that way.

Nothing is overclocked, CPU (1700x @ stock), RAM (2400mhz, rated at that on the box), everything is stable and the box works perfectly otherwise.

I've performed a clean install of Windows. Was on Win10 Ent LTSB, moved over to Win10 Pro, and driver install initially was pretty quick.
Will test when another update comes out and see how that fares.
