Gigabyte R7 370 2GB crash when playing Thief (2014) or when waking up from sleep mode

I own a Gigabyte AX-370-Gaming K7, with a Ryzen 1700, 16GB of DDR4, and a Gigabyte R7 370 2GB. I am running Windows 10 with the lastest Radeon Drivers. The problem I am having is that the computer crashes with a blocky pattern/array of colors appearing on screen before going blank. This happens when waking up from sleep mode, and it also happens when playing Thief (2014). Often just in the menus. It seems to crash more often with the 32-bit executable, than the 64 bit executable with AMD Mantle enabled, but it still happens after extended play and It has crashed with a handful of other games. Many other games are quite stable with the card, especially older games such as Thief2 (using newdark), Neverwinter Nights, FTL: Faster than light. It appears stable, when running benchmarks, and when running Furmark for extended periods of time, leading me to believe it isn't a thermal issue. The R7 370 also exhibits this same behavior on another computer, and my Ryzen computer is otherwise stable with a different, slower video card in it. The card has been RMAed to Gigabyte, who apparently tested the card and found no fault. This leads me to believe this hard has some sort of driver issue that Thief (2014) especially doesn't like, and neither does waking the computer.

Can anyone else verify similar problems with their R7 370 2GB?
