    AMD FX-670k Quad Core 3.7 GHz. Turbo to 4.3 GHz not working

      So basicly My Cpu in my main machine will not exceed 3.66 GHz not even under load/stress. I tried in games, stays 3.66 and benchmark tools and even cpu-z benchmark and stress test with 4 and 2 threads. Any ideas to solve this? Btw i cannot change any clock speed or turbo in AMD overdrive since the mothrboard doesnt allow it.

          You didnt provide make / model of your PC,

           

          Try opening typing CMD in the combo box (Win+R) shortcut or search CMD, RUN as Administrator copy/ paste these lines and tell me what you see. Under your new CPU processor power managemnt, in power option, explanation of each i will list under the command lines
