Directx failure in Windows 10 Creators Update

      Windows 10 Creators Edition 1703 x64bit 15063.296

Radeon R7 240 (OEM) came with Asus M32BC-01 Desktop

Issue i'm having is despite I was fine running 17.3.3. for a few weeks, suddenly Windows 10 started autoly installing 17.1.1 driver, when I already had 17.3.3 installed, despite my efforts with Display Driver uninstaller, it kept installing it after reboot, so then opted for 17.5.1,  well it works ok after a second reboot to get Virtual Dj to stop saying Directx Failed to Initliaze,  I've already 3 clean installs last month and one this month, i'm like no more before I seriously damage my SSD drive trying to solve your stupid video driver issues.    My card is still listed on support list, so when is a permentent fix gonna be out?

      All Directx 9, 10 and 11 programs

Directx failure to load happens, after second reboot system appears to work fine for the moment

      Battlefield 4 affected as well

Only other program I have installed that suffers from it right now

Main thing is I just want it fixed permently, as I cannot afford a newer card, newer power supply, if this is AMD's way of forcing people to upgrade to latest RX 400 series of cards, well I can't afford it, it's been since May 4th this problem existed, also existed in 17.4.4, 17.4.3, and 17.4.2, and 17.4.1,  Geez fix it is all I can say on this matter
