Does Video Codec Engine support Beam.pro FTL?

Beam.pro is a streaming website like Twitch. However, they have a protocol that is a 0.1-second delay on streams (FTL). I was wondering if VCE supported it?

What is the video format used in Beam Pro streaming and what is your AMD graphics card?

  I have no Idea what video format they use, I will find out though. I have the Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX480 8GB
