GPU AMD Radeon R7 440 Graphics crashes when using photoshop

GPU: GPU AMD Radeon R7 440

      CPU: AMD A10

      OS: W10 64bit

      Driver: Crimson 16.6

      RAM: 8gb

      This laptop: HP Pavilion 15-aw021nd   -    https://www.laptopshop.nl/product/716741/hp-pavilion-15-aw021nd.html

Whenever i'm using Adobe Photoshop 2017 it crashes after a while, the cause being that the GPU crashes. I noticed that "Radeon Settings: Host" goes down, making Photoshop crash.

I tried uninstalling all the GPU drivers with DDU and reinstalling it. Once by using windows driver search and once again by using AMD Auto detect.

also noteworthy is that in Windows devicemanager it shows a GPU that i don't have...

It also shows it in Crimson.

When i tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver's several times, i noticed it would give different GPU names. The last few times it has been this one from the screenshots.

I have the latest windows and Adobe updates and both genuine.

Can someone help me figure this out because Photoshop crashing every 5-30 minutes is causing a huge pain in the behind.
