License for the amdgpu Linux driver

I'm currently setting up a Linux distribution for AMD GPU users which is based on Ubuntu 16.04, and I'm looking to include the amdgpu-pro driver pre-configured as part of this distribution. I intend to provide this OS free of charge.

However, looking at the EULA, I'm not sure if this is allowed. I would include the driver along with the proper copyrights statement and a link to the End User License Agreement  . I would like to know if this would be considered sufficient?
