Hi all, I am having an issue recently where my pc is crashing during games. It started after a driver and windows update that made the PC unusable after it finished loading into windows (it stalled so bad I couldnt do anything, like it froze but would work at like 1 frame per hour). So I reinstalled my OS and started fresh after sever failed recovery attempts. Now it runs and seems to be working up until I start to run a game. It will work for a while then randomly crash. in a way that looks like this. Keep in mind this isnt my picture. I found it on google but couldnt find any fixes for it. It looks exactly like this on my monitor.

Now my system specs are as follows

Case: Corsair Air 540

Motherboard: MSI 990FXA Gaming

Processor: FX-8350 (with a corsair H100i GTX cooler)

Ram: 16gb DDR3

PSU: Rosewill RBR1000MS 1000Watt 80+ Bronze

Gpus: 2x XFX RX 480 8gb

Driver version:17.5.1 (ive tried a few other  versions and the normal ddu method etc.)

Now, I am using a 4k monitor as well if that has any meaning in this case.
