Sudden fps drop on R7 M265

So since the past few months I have been facing sudden fps drops (5-10 fps from stable 30 fps) on games which were running on stable fps earlier . I have a Dell Inspiron 5547. I have tried every thing from reinstalling the driver after a clean uninstall from amd uninstaller but no luck. And also there is a wired thing that I am facing. After a clean uninstall, Win10 update downloads a driver of "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. driver update for AMD Radeon R7 M265" but when I download an update for the driver vis amd driver detect utility, it gets cheanged to Raeon R7 M260???? Why is this happening?

I have tried rolling back to the driver on Manufacture's site (Old catalyst driver for R7 M265) which which has a few more installable componetes named "OEM Application profile" and "PX profile update" but that didn't helped either. Not to forget that for some reason when I update the driver to crimson, the name of the Graphics card gets changed to R7 M260.
