You can only have a maximum of 2 legacy type connections - VGA/DVI/HDMI.
All remaining connections have to be via DP or using an ACTIVE Display Port adapter.
Thanks for the reply. I'm hopeful this means I need to buy an DVI to Display port cable/adapter, connect the display port end to to the display port on the Radeon 5450 card, and the male DVI end into my ACER V226WL monitor.
Is that correct?
To clarify, the card has to have a DisplayPort and you can connect to a Display port monitor or using an ACTIVE Displayport - DVI adapter.
