Run Chrome in High Performance mode

I have Lenovo Z51-70 laptop.

There is Intel HD Graphics 5500 and AMD Radeon R9 M375 installed.

Recently I wanted to run WebGL based application within Chrome.

I got a message that WebGL is not supported. I found it will not run on Intel graphics, however it would be possible to use it on AMD.

In Radeon Additional Settings I cannot switch Chrome to High Performance mode to use AMD graphics and there is a lock icon next to it.

Actually I cannot change the setting to any web browser (I was trying explorer, edge and opera).

Please help.

I am running Win10 x64 and have AMD 17.4.4 driver installed.
