Brand new computer, with RX-480, and cannot get the graphics card to work. The computer is running off of the CPU graphics.

System specs are:

i5-7500 @ 3.4 gHz

AMD RX-480 4GB

16 GB RAM

Windows 10 64 bit

Right-clicking on the desktop and clicking Radeon settings shows the following message:

"Radeon settings are currently not available. Please try again after connecting a display to and graphics and extending the display."

I have tried using the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility, restarting, and re-installing all drivers, and restarting, but it did not work. In fact, after I did this, when I right-clicked on the desktop, the graphics card settings tab did not even appear, only the Intel CPU graphics tab remained. I have also tried using DDU to uninstall drivers in safe mode, restarting, reinstalling all drivers, but did not work because when I tried to reinstall the drivers it said files were corrupted (presumably by DDU) and could not install.

Please help me! I am so disappointed by this technical difficulty.
