Radeon Driver 17.4.3 Not Working Properly

    shrapnelrex

      CPU: AMD FX-6300

      Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme R2.0

      RAM: 8 Gb

      GPU: R9 270x

OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit

      Radeon Driver Version: 17.4.3

Problem: My second monitor, which is 1680x1050, is connected through DVI and every time I press a button on my keyboard or do a mouse click horizontal lines go across the screen. This has only started happening since I update to the new drivers. I've tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, connected the monitor to a different DVI port and none of this has helped. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if they know of a fix.

          The issue has been resolved.

How it was resolved: I disconnected the monitor that I was having issues with. Once I did this I uninstalled the drivers. Once this was done I restarted my computer. Once the computer was restarted I reinstalled the drivers and restarted the computer again. Once this was done I reconnected the monitor and it was working 100% once again. Hope this helps some people out.
