The issue has been resolved.
How it was resolved: I disconnected the monitor that I was having issues with. Once I did this I uninstalled the drivers. Once this was done I restarted my computer. Once the computer was restarted I reinstalled the drivers and restarted the computer again. Once this was done I reconnected the monitor and it was working 100% once again. Hope this helps some people out.
