Why do you want to update your drivers? A new driver release is not a command to install it.
No one can be more specific until you furnish some information about your computer (like what graphics card, etc).

And i repeat, i had no issue on previous releases. I have only with this 17.4.2 and 17.4.3 releases. and aren't up-to-date drivers good?

Repeat...Why do you want to update your drivers? If it's a WHQL driver (not a beta), Microsoft will automatically install it.
Stay with the drivers that work on your computer.

This issue seems is a driver issue so whatever you do , GPU Scaling will not working on 17.4.2/17.4.3.
Only can wait for new driver.
