      I am unable to access my AMD Radeon settings. When I press it the following message appears: No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware. The problem is I went to the official AMD site and I downloaded the latest drivers available for my laptop. After installing it, the same message appears. However I am still able to play video games. These are my specs for my laptop:
