My RX 480 8GB keeps crashing and restarting Windows. I have tried everything

So I resolved this issue previously but after upgrading to a HDD the exact same issue is back. Counter Strike GO and Battlegrounds crash instantly. DOOM runs at max settings for 5 minutes and crashes.

What I did when I was using a HDD:

"1. Uninstalled with AMD Clean Up Utility

2. Uninstalled with DDU

3. Uninstalled my Avira Anti Virus

4. Removed protective cover on desktop

5. Installed the latest AMD drivers

Not too sure which one solved the issue but I would guess uninstalling old drivers with AMD Clean Up and DDU?"

I have tried everything possible to resolve this issue. Its not a bad card or hardware related. It is driver or software but I dont know what...
