I have a digital copy of a game I'm trying to redeem through AMD Rewards. I submitted a support ticket (424637) two weeks ago. After a week without a response I called customer support and was told they opened a second ticket (1390871) to look into the first. A week later (today) they emailed me about the second ticket saying I hadn't provided proof of purchase, even though I attached it to the original support ticket.
Do I need to send proof of purchase again? Where do I send it? Should I submit another support ticket? I don't want to wait another two weeks for a response...
Is there anyone I can call or email to ask about this?
