No Signal/Display on monitor after installing RX 460 on system with onboard graphics

I bought a new Radeon RX 460 Windforce OC 4gb and plugged it in my PCIe Slot. I've plugged my HDMI Cable from my Monitor to my PC and started it, Fan is running, but got no Signal...

Then, i unplugged the Graphics card and used VGA from the onboard graphics, and i have a signal now.

My Specs:

Pentium G4560 Boxed

ASRock H110M-DVS R3.0

Line-ex 450W Power Supply

Seagate Barracuda

Does the Graphics Card is broken? Does i need to update my UEFI? Is the power supply not enough power? Does i need to reset the CMOS?

I hope you can help me.

Best Regards.
