Why is my GTA V crashing and giving me a bluescreen after launching again?

      My Problem:

My GTA V keeps crashing after some time. Both my Monitors turn black and GTA V just stops responding and a little windows notification at the bottom right says something about my display drivers couldn't recover.

My main problem though is that every time I try to restart GTA V after the crash, I get a bluescreen. It's always a different stage when it crashes. Sometimes I'm able to press play after it loaded, but sometimes it just BSOD's me a few seconds after I opened the game.

The Rockstar support has no idea and only told me to do "sfc /scannow" and reboot my pc if it finds anything. It actually did something and I rebooted my PC but now it just seems to get worse. The GPU I have is a few years old so I suspect it's just too old for a game like GTA V on high graphics (always runs at 100% GPU usage and ~60fps).

This ONLY happens in GTA V.
