Drivers 17.4.1 and 17.4.2 Windows 10 Creators Update Scaling and other issues

      Hi,

so after getting the creators update i saw that the picture on my TV was overscaled and tried to adjust it, but the scaling didn't work, so I looked for a new driver and installed 17.4.2 (clean with driver clean utility).

On 17.4.2 the scaling also does nothing but on top of that the picture is horribly stretched vertically, approximately 3 times what it should be.

Did go back to 17.4.1 (clean install as well), scaling doesnt work there still, picture is approximately 2cm too big all around but better than with 17.4.2

Problem report wizard doesn't work, says "failed to start because it could not find the Qt platform plugin "windows""

I had a similar problem as now with 17.4.1 once that was resolved with a driver update (see "Scaling options missing" thread)
