Why is there no RAM command rate (TCR) setting on any AM4 motherboards? All RAM is being forced to run at 1T/N setting.
This makes it very difficult to run stable ram at higher speeds....
I have the G.Skill F4-3200C14D-16GFX "AMD AM4 Compatible" however I cannot run it at the rated timings as g.skill confirmed its rated at 2T/N and not 1T/N? This is really annoying.
Is the TCR setting expected to be included in the May bios update? I'd really like to know this as its really pointless by spending extra money on faster ram when there is no access to TCR settings...
An update from AMD would be greatly appreciated.
There are mainboard/BIOS combinations that offer this setting.
For Asus Prime B350-Plus and BIOS 0308, the setting is named "Cmd2T" under "Ai tweaker"|"Control DRAM". You can change the value from "Auto" to "2T".
