Ever since I had to do a re-install of windows 10, I've seemed to have scaling issues only in video. I've tried with all current versions of the drivers and with different version of windows 10. This did not used to be a problem and I've changed no hardware. My wattman radeon settings doesn't have an overscan feature that I can find and my desktop and in game resolution is fine(minus video parts).
To be clear, they are black vertical bars(not lines) on the outer side parts of the screen, no matter the video resolution. TIA.
My resolution was set at 4096x2160 instead of 3840x2160 in windows advanced display settings. I'd like to thank the Academy and myself because this site was no help.
