    No AMD Graphics Driver Installed

This past weekend I've been having performance issues with my laptop. I tried to open Radeon Settings but it opens a message saying "No AMD Graphics Driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly."

!What should I do to solve this?

Hi there. I have the same problem. I don't get what's the point of releasing drivers if you can't use non WHQL drivers. All the disable integrity checks and driver signing in windows does nothing. Have been all over it for the past few days. This is really unbelievable. A non WHQL driver doesn't work. Not on 7 or 10. You get this: "No AMD Graphics Driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly." As soon as you install a WHQL driver everything works. So what the F??? Come on AMD, press on MS to make an exception for amd related drivers. Does Nvidia have all drivers whql certified? I would say so because I never had that kind of problem.
