Hi, i just installed windows 7 again today and after installing the new os and all the drivers i have the problem that on netflix and scrolling in the browser that i get screen tearing.
I did not had this issue before the installation.
I tried both firefox and chrome
disabled aero to best performance settings and back to default
disabled smoth scrolling and hardware acceleration in the browser
Removed my HTC vive from my system
removed the driver in save mode using DDU
initial driver was 22.214.171.124 with only driver and config option
right now i run 126.96.36.199 with default installation options
i tried with HDMI link assurance off
currently gpu and super resoltution are off.
I have set the Res to 1360x786 but also tested in 1920 1080
PC is connected only to my TV screen

i am out of ideas and hope some one else can help me out solving this issue.
When playing fallout 4 i dont have any problems!
Issue is fixed today, Not sure what the actual solution was. Since i updated my wifi driver and some extra windows updates where applied.
I assume its fixed by the windows updates. but sadly i cannot tell if this is really the case.
For those having the same issue i recommend to download all optional and mandatory patches of windows. this can take more then a day but its at least worth the try
