(I dont believe cables are the issue)

Games without vsync on (ingame option only! doesn't work with Crimson option), Chrome (gifs, videos, and scrolling),and even the basic  moving different windowed programs from one monitor to another ALL CAUSE TEARING.

now there has always been a tiny bit of tearing on my old monitors (dells about 12 years old and vga only, yep adapters were needed), but i got these Acer monitors and tearing is absolutely horrible with them. Im talking youtube makes any video look like its in FOUR different time zones, GIFS tend to be broken into 2 sections and top one is always faster, games just turn into a giant screen of flashing lines  (doom and warframe).

The screen tearing is causing horizontal lines.

What tricks or program settings in crimson do i need to do to FORCE sync the screens to the GPU
