Good day,

I'm having an issue with the AMD Radeon Settings Application. As you can see in the image, it shows that my first graphics card (AMD R9 M290X) is disabled, despite the fact that the driver is installed, it shows up in device manager and it is detected in my bios settings:

Radeon System Tab - Disabled Hardware.PNG

Windows Device Manager - Display Drivers.PNG

When I attempt to go into additional settings, I get this error:

Radeon Preferences - Additional Settings Error.PNG

I am currently using AMD Radeon Settings version 17.2.1. I am using the most up-to-date version of the graphics driver.

Specs:

Processor: 4th Gen Intel Core i7-4 710MQ 3,5GHz w. Turobo Boost

Graphics: Duo AMD Radeon R9 M209X (show up as AMD Radeon 8970M)

RAM: 8GB

Running Windows 7

So how can I fix this issue and enable my Crossfire?

Thanks
