I just bought the asus rog rx 470
And i tried installing it on windows 10 with the most recent drivers, and everything i enter a game or a benchmark the driver crashes.
I tired installing older versions and nothing helped,i even tried installing windows 7 and still got drivers crashing when trying a lot of different drivers.
I have an intel i5-2300
Gigabyte ph67a ud3
Could my cpu cause the problems?
Or maybe my motherboard? it supports pci-e 2.0 as far as i know.
This is really frustrating, would appreciate any input.
What was the previous graphics card?
Are you using the new creators version of Win10...if so, you have to wait until it is officially released to get a AMD compatible driver.
If your previous card was a Nvidia...use DDU to remove all the Nvidia drivers.
Clean install > Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers
