It could be caused by faulty GPU, but also by faulty system RAM, insufficient power, overheating, a faulty display cable, or even a faulty monitor.
It's definitely gpu, but is it the vram or what?
It's on my test bench, I got lot's of broken gpu's and I am just switching them, some work some don't.
I managed to fix some of them by reflowing it, but don't know is this one fixable.
I have lc600h-12 v2.31 psu with +12v1 20A and +12v2 20A.
