Describe your issue:

  • Today came home from work and my main display was giving me no signal. After troubleshooting I found out it was freesync causing the issue. But this only happened when second display was connected. It had been working for well over a year. I have cleaned out and updated AMD drivers. I cannot seem to get it to work with a second non-freesync display- tried another display for the number 2. As soon as no other display is connected, either HDMI or DVI it will lose display on the freesync monitor if freesync is turned on at the monitor through its menu.

Thanks for any help, would like this fixed I specifically chose the monitor and graphics card to take advantage of freesync and would like to get this figured out.
