Unable to Install Driver/GPU fans not running

      AMD Display Driver

      Final Status:Fail
      Version of Item:21.19.519.2
      Size:90 Mbytes

I keep getting this and its really frustrating, I've tried EVERYTHING literally. Uninstalled AMD settings via control panel, run DDU, disable anti-virus, go into safe-mode, re-seat the card.... and so on. Here's my build:

It's a brand new machine and the card was working fine with my last build.

      NZXT Notics 450 ROG LE

      Intel Core i7-7700K overclocked

      ASUS STRIX Z270F Gaming MOBO

      San Disk X400 256GB M.2 drive

2x Corsair SSD, Corsair Vengeance LED RAMs at 3200MHz

      SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon™ RX 480 8G D5 OC

Corsair H100i V2 AIO water cooling

      Corsair RM650x PSU

Windows 10 64-bit (up to date, no updates found

crashed on BF:1 most of the time

no issues on Quantum Break and Gears of War 4

this is Crimson ReLive Edition 17.2.1 and it didn't work. the one before didn't work as well.

about the fans, I have to run it with Sapphire Trixx or it WILL NOT SPIN on start up at all. I am not sure if Sapphire Trixx is affecting the installion or not. I did not try removing Trixx and installing the driver alone. I doubt there is any conflict between the two. all stocks on the card, no overclocks whatsoever.

On my dxdiag it says this: Your PC is using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. For the best experience, get the latest drivers from Windows Update or from your hardware manufacturer’s website. For more information, search for “Microsoft Basic Display Adapter”.

      Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!
