HDMI audio wheezing when switching to another device

So, I have two displays connected to my RX 480 through HDMI port. One of the is my DELL S2340L (computer's display) and the other one is my TV (LG TV 47"). The first one has no speakers and I use an external speaker connected to my motherboard's j@ck and usb to get sound to the PC. The TV has integrated speakers.

I found out that if both the computer's display and TV are turned on and I change the playback device (from Speakers to TV), the sound will be wheezing on the TV. It doesn't seem to happen when I switch while the TV is still turned off.

Does someone else have this issue? It's really frustrating.
