Hi, I've an AMD Phenom 9500 Quad-Core Processor 2.20 Ghz and I would like to know if it's compatible with 64 bits.
Here's some spec's...http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K10/AMD-Phenom%20X4%209500%20-%20HD9500WCJ4BGD%20(HD9500WCGDBOX).html
X4 will say quad-core ?
All AMD processors since 2005 have x64 instruction capability, but you should seriously not be using a Phenom 9500 in 2017. Aside from the TLB bug which kills performance, it's quite slow.
Ok but in this case i can change my whole computer no ? Because a processor is expensive no ? And if i have to buy windows 8 or 10 it can be expensive too.
My graphic card is good i think, it's an ATI Radeon HD 5700.
And i don't need a really good processor, i just want to use the computer to go on internet and to play league of legends ^^
Is the real question here, can your system be upgraded to a 64bit operating system to play games like League of Legends?
Without knowing what your system specification are it's hard to tell.
INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION
Here are the requirements for LoL.
Minimum and Recommended System Requirements – Riot Games Support
From the info you have provided, I would say that your system is on the low end of the spectrum. Therefor you will get low performance in the game.
If you want to get higher performance, it sounds like you will need to upgrade your whole system not just the CPU or the GPU.
My graphic card is better then the card ati radeon hd 5670 wich is the "recommended" graphic card.
it's just my processor, it's an 2,2 GHz processor and to be in the recommended category i should need 3,0. So i've just to change the processor no ?
You are using a very old processor on an obsolete socket with a 10-15% performance penalty due to a defect. To replace the processor, unless you buy preowned, means replacing the motherboard and RAM as well. And no you don't have to buy Windows 8 or 10 if you are already using 7.
