Describe your issue:

So I have this issue since 2016 July. I tried a lot of suggestion what I read on the internet but nothing worked too much time. Several drivers, windows reinstalling, other OS, change monitor refresh rate, limit the fps to 60, use the GPU from an other PCI-e slot, updated the BIOS, tried with other PSUs, checked with HDMI cable, and an other monitor but the problem is appeared in a few days or weeks.

Also tested the HDD, the RAM, and the CPU, but nothing is indicated any problem.

Recently when I hear a buzzing or electrical sound from the GPU, in a short time the monitor turns black and no signal. The gpu is an overclocked version so i tried to underclock the memory with 100-200 Mhz and the core clock -50 but doesn't helped. Raised the core voltage +50 and the power limit +10 it seemed a solution for almost a month but recently it goes black with these settings too.

I have no idea what can I do please help me!
