Your best bet is to go to the motherboard site, and look at the memory support page. Then look at the pdf of supported memory. I did not see 3000 memory listed for Ryzen.
Other mobo makers qvl lists mention downclocking on some sticks.

I hope there is an solution that will be work. On different pages people wrote the can use 32 GB but i don't know how much speed.
My actually Intel CPU with Asus board will work with 3866 MHZ on 32 GB Ram.
When i know there will be maximum 32 GB with 2400 MHZ I will choose them. Because i heard the different between 3200 and 2400 MHZ ist not too much.
And when i like to buy an 8 core / 16 Threads i want a lot of GB.
