Hey, I was using the 16.10.2 for some time without updating, then updated to 17.1.2 and saw that WattMan was available for my card, so I tried to see the capabilities of it and my screen started flickering. Uninstalled the driver via DisplayDriverUninstaller and tried to reinstall the driver which didn't helped and uninstalled driver again to install 16.10.2 again, without any issues.

Today I wanted to try 17.2.1 and the flicking is gone, but my fan speed is at constant ~500 rpm, even while going to temperatures of 74°C (165°F).

And just for information, WattMan wants me to accept the terms, so it should be deactivated, shouldn't it? So why is it doing stuff like changing the fans?
