Massive FPS drop in Counter Strike: Global Offensive

When I originally built my system in July 2016, Counter Strike ran at 250 frames average. I now get under 100 frames. I've had this problem for just about a month and a half, I don't remember changing anything prior to the drop. I've tried everything from unparking cores to game boosters, nothings helped. Any Ideas why?
