I recently bought an amd 8550 cpu with a 480rx 4gb gpu. My old computer is an amd 6300cpu with a GTX 960 2 gb gpu. Running GTA 5 on identical setting I can not get over 30 FPS on my new computer yet my old computer gets 40 to 60 FPS. I can not get over 30 FPS on any game on the new computer despite settings.  IDK. If anyone could maybe help with this odd issue it would help. Both computers have 16 gb of ram. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers. Also when I change my screen resolution in GTA 5 to 1920 1080 it seems to eat up a lot of video ram and makes it unable for me to run MSAA. I have screen resolution issues with a few other games as well but not all.
