I have a problem with my MSI RX480 Gaming X 8G and AION. in the graphics settings of the game, you can select two game engine: Standard and Advanced. When you select the advanced engine and screen resolution 2560x1440 some of the graphics settings are reset and blocked. I do not know exactly how these settings are written in the English version of the game. But they are responsible for the effects of light and shadows. This problem does not occur if I choose a standard game engine. And this problem does not occur if I choose an advanced game engine and FullHD screen resolution. On other graphics cards such a problem has not been observed.

What could be causing this problem and how it can be solved?

My system:

Windows 8.1 Pro
Intel Xeon E3-1241 v.3
MSI H97 Gaming 3
MSI RX480 Gaming X 8G (Crimson ReLive 17.2.1)

16Gb RAM Crucial (2x8Gb)

P.S. Sorry for my bad English.
