How to enable Radeon Crimson ReLive

This is what I'm trying to do.

I've just purchased a Dell laptop. It has an AMD Radeon R7 M440 graphics card as well as Dell's own offering.

I need to capture screen flows and was interested in AMD's Radeon Pro ReLive, but I took a look at the settings of my AMD card and can see it has a AMD Radeon software version called Crimson ReLive. Am I right in thinking it is similar to Radeon Pro ReLive? I cannot see any tab in the settings to enable it. How is it enabled?

Alternatively, is it ok to download AMD Radeon Pro ReLive to use with my card?

Setup:

Windows 10 latest

CPU Type: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz

Memory: 8GB
