AMD Radeon HD4200 onboard graphics:

I had windows 7 and catalyst control center with dual monitor setup and upgraded to windows 10 64bit. After a while the catalyst control center stopped working so I cleaned everything out with the DDU facility and also the amd cleanup utility and now my display is fubar. I downloaded radeon-crimson-relive-17.2.1-minimalsetup-170221_web.exe but that didn't work, it just stopped saying "all components are installed", which is rubbish. I also downloaded 13-9-legacy_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe and installed that using compatibilitymode but the catalyst control center contained nothing about setting up my graphics. So I cleaned everything out again and tried 13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc.exe and that was just the same. There's no software I can find to restore the dual monitor setup I used to have. All I have now in device manager is the "microsoft basic display driver". What can I do?
