Hello there,

I have a problem with detecting AMD Radeon HD 7670m GPU in my Dell Inspiron r15 5521 (Service tag: 8BM69W1) laptop.

CPU: i5-3317U

Video Cards: Intel HD 4000/ AMD Radeon HD 7670m

OS: Was Windows 7 64 bit, later Windows 10 64 bit

I don't remember when i got this problem, but I saw it when I opened Catalyst driver software and it gave me a error message: "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware". After that i uninstalled old AMD driver and tried to install, then I got next error: "Error 175 - AMD installer cannot continue due to unsupported AMD graphics hardware". I googled everything about that problem, tried to update all drivers, updated BIOS to newest version, tried to disable on board video card, etc.. But in Device manager i couldn't see second AMD gpu, only Intel HD 4000 gpu.

At first my OS was Windows 7 64bit, then in device manager i saw one unknown device, after trying to install everything I googled for I decided to reinstall my windows. I made format to my ssd, installed Windows 10 64 bit and reinstalled all drivers, but when i come up to install AMD radeon drivers i still got problem with the hardware recognizing. This time device manager i couldn't see any unknown devices, but in Display adapters there was only Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 device.

I'm wondering maybe my AMD Radeon HD 7670m GPU is dead, maybe there is some way to check it?

Thank you in advance for answers
