    ASUS Strix RX 480

Hi guys, is this normal, that my GPU using all memory clock?
And my second problem is that if I am recording my game is running in 60fps and the finall video after record is in 60fps for 5sc -> tearing -> 60fps for X seconds -> tearing and this happening in all qualities. I was using Radeon Relive, I thought it is software problem, but if i tried to use OBS, Fraps and some others it happens same.

INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION  Provide your full system info!

All of this is not normal.

          1.Delete C:\AMD folder

2.Uninstall all AMD software and clean your system in safe mode by DDU program and install 17.2.1 driver

3.And temporarily uninstall any software like MSI Afterburner or ASUS GPU tweak. They can produce compatibility issues with ReLive driver.

I deleted folder, all AMD software was unistalled, system cleaned by DDU. I was trying to record FIFA 17, it works well. Asus GPU Tweak with MSI After burner are unistalled, but I need software, where I can lock my GPU temperature, set-up overclocking and just see graph with GPU usage and more info.
