    Boarderless Stutter after update

      Card: R9 290
      Desktop windows 10 64-bit

      Crimson ReLive Edition 17.2.1

      Display 1: BenQ XL2730Z 1440p, 144hz

      Display 2: (ViewSonic) VX2453 Series 1080p 60hz

      Display 3: Asus VH238 1080p 60hz

(ALL AMD Radeon R9 200 Series)

      ASRock Z87 Extreme4

      Intel Core i5 4670k @ 3.40 GHz

      Corsair CX750 (750W)

      Corsair Vengeance 24GB DDR3

I updated to 17.2.1 as listed above recently. Regardless of application, having any window on a secondary monitor while playing a game in boarderless windowed on my primary will

      cause huge fluctuations in FPS ( 300, 10, 300, 15, etc ). I use Freesync on my primary monitor ( BenQ XL2730Z 1440p, 144hz ).

As stated in the documentation if I minimize all non primary monitor applications my FPS is fine.

This has been tested in Overwatch, League of Legends, and CSGO ( all work perfect in full screen, not at all in Boarderless windowed ).

I did a clean driver removal and reinstalled 17.2.1 and still maintain this problem.
