I uploaded two PDFs of proof of purchase to the site when I made the ticket. Not sure what else I can do. I have a hardcopy of the invoice from the retailer too, but the automated "Your ticket has been received" email told me not to reply to it - I see no way to add it to the ticket or even respond on the site.
This was a hell of a lot simpler when a key was just in the box with the GPU!
