Does AMD Radeon HD 8670M notebook graphics card support Miracast with the latest driver update (crimson-relive-16.12.2)?

I actually have two questions regarding Radeon HD 8670M.

      1. Does it support Miracast given that it is updated to the latest driver released till date?

      2. More importantly, is there a way for me to keep the Radeon HD 8670M running as my GPU instead of the Integrated Intel Chip even when I am not running games. (I want the display to be rendered by the Radeon HD 8670M when I connect my phone/desktop using Miracast)?

Thanks in advance for your time and effort in answering this question. I looked around a lot but could not get a definitive answer anywhere.
