AMD Settings Driver v16.12.2 and 17.2.1 problem: Second monitor gets in "Mirror" modus only "interlace" signal (1080i, screen is flickering strongly)

After an update installation to "AMD Radeon Settings" software version v16.12.2, my 32" LG main monitor started to flicker if operating in mirror mode with my second 39" TV monitor.

If I run both monitors beside (expanded) everything is fine. The same for single monitor operation of each.  This hardware configuration worked worked fine in all modes before the update.

I removed all drivers again with "amdcleanuputility.exe" and installed v.17.2.1. But still the same problem.

The flickering LG Monitor reports a 1080i signal (interlace signal). Thats probably why its flickering terrible. Its supposed to be a 1080p signal.
