I'm using DVI and display port with 2 monitors and the 3rd running through the HDMI port. The monitor on the HDMI port is not recognised and is just saying "No input monitor going to sleep"
Any ideas? (I'm running Windows 10 64Bit)
Provide full model names of all your monitors.
1.Leave only one monitor for this operation (preferable HDMI)
2.Delete C:\AMD folder
3.Uninstall all AMD software and clean your system in safe mode by DDU program and install 17.2.1 driver Windows 10 (64-bit)
4.Then reboot and plug your remained monitors one by one, checking at each step, that win10 has installed correct driver for each monitor.
Tried what you said but did not work. Decided to buy a new HDMI to DVI-D adaptor and guess what? All good.
Thanks for your time and I appreciate your effort!
Triple monitor configurations and more require that the third display to be connected via Displayport. That means that your first two monitors can still use DVI,but the third one needs to be connected via a Displayport to HDMI adapter (@ 5 USD).That doesnt mean that the HDMI port is damaged, you can use any combo of connectors as long as you have just two displays (VGA,DVI,HDMI).
